Terms of Service

By accessing or using SportAI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may ask you to affirmatively accept these Terms when you register.

SportAI provides data-driven sports analytics, including model-generated projections, odds and line-movement tracking, matchup context, trend analysis, and related tools across sports such as football, basketball, baseball, hockey, soccer, combat sports, and golf. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority and legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of SportAI is lawful where you live. We do not facilitate, accept, or place wagers, and the Service is not available where its use would be illegal.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

SportAI offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Scrape, harvest, resell, or redistribute our data, models, or content without our prior written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Share your account credentials or your subscription access with others.
• Upload malicious code or take any action that could disrupt the Service.

SportAI provides informational analytics, not betting advice. Our projections, edges, confidence scores, and signals are probabilistic estimates generated by statistical and AI models. They are not predictions of guaranteed outcomes, and past performance does not indicate future results.

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. We make no representation or warranty that any information provided will be accurate, profitable, or result in winnings. Any decision you make based on the Service is made at your own risk. If you choose to gamble, please do so responsibly and only with money you can afford to lose. If gambling is affecting your life, seek help from a qualified resource in your jurisdiction.

The Service, including its software, models, design, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by SportAI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportAI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, winnings, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
